This policy explains what information R2 Finishes LLC (“R2 Finishes,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a painting and finishing company based in Sarasota, Florida.

• What you send us. If you fill out the estimate form we receive your name, phone number (optional), email address, the service you want, and anything you write in the message. If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever you share with us.
• Usage data, only if you accept cookies. Google Analytics and Google Ads collect information such as the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), your device and browser type, how you found the site, and whether you tap our call or text buttons. This uses cookies and similar technology.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider and the services below may see your IP address and basic request details when the site loads. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

How we use it

• To answer your request, give you an estimate, and schedule work.
• To understand how the site is used and to measure whether our advertising works.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site: Formspree (delivers estimate-form messages to us), Netlify (hosts the site), and Google (analytics, advertising measurement, fonts). These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you press “Accept” on the cookie notice. If you press “Decline,” they stay off and the site works the same. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and run our business, and for as long as the law requires. Analytics data is kept by Google according to the retention settings we choose in our account.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is for adults hiring painting services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and estimate-form messages are sent to us through an encrypted connection. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not put sensitive details such as payment card or ID numbers in the form.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
